Our founding leaders are determined to create a group of members with shared goals and ideals, who are willing to engage with the community at a grassroots level to encourage Republican women to make a difference in Cape Coral, Lee County, Florida and the Nation. The amazing trailblazers that founded RWCCF are: Rana Erbrick, Max Dean, Faye Keller, Carmen Salome, Linda Fuller, Stephanie Eller, Peggy Patterson, Nancy Price, Judy Bassett, Pati Smith, Grace Golling, Priscilla Pachecho and Missi Lastra.
RWCCF is a chartered club of the Florida Federation of Republican Women (FFRW). FFRW was chartered in 1950 and is comprised of over 50 clubs throughout the state. FFRW is affiliated with the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), a grassroots organization of around 100,000 women throughout the country that support Republican candidates and issues at all levels of government.
RWCCF members are a powerful network of ladies throughout Cape Coral, Fl who produce results in elections. We pride ourselves on our efforts to empower Republican women of all ages and backgrounds to participate in all areas of the political arena. We support the FFRW goal to strengthen the Republican party and work hard to influence the crucial issues that face our community, state and nation. We provide our members with unparalleled education on the political process and current issues through our monthly meetings and featured speaker program where elected officials, political candidates, analysts and professionals share their unique knowledge.
Our members are active in our community and several hold elected positions both at local and state levels. We commit our volunteer efforts toward assisting the GOP with electing qualified Republicans to office and promoting Republican initiatives. We work for both primary and general elections, man Republican headquarters, host voter registration drives and candidate forums, walk door to door and make thousands of phone calls. LRWF members give back to the community through both contributions and volunteerism.
Our founding Leaders have a vision and we will be grateful for their foresight. RWCCF will prove to be a home for conservative leaders.
