2017 City Council Elections
The City of Cape Coral will hold Elections in 2017 for a Mayor and Council Members in Districts 1, 4, and 6.
All candidates must be: 1) a registered elector of the City; 2) a permanent resident of the City; and 3) a continuous, full-time resident of the City for the entire calendar year preceding his/her qualification for office. Candidates for Council Member must also reside in their respective Districts.
*Due to District 5 Council Member running for Mayor, Rana Erbrick will vacate her Council seat effective September 12, 2017. This seat will be on the ballot for the general election in November .

Cape Coral has shown less than stellar results in getting out the vote in primary elections. It is imperative we get out the Republican vote in 2017!
September 12, 2017: Primary Election
August 14, 2017: Last Day to Register to Vote
September 5-9, 2017: Early Voting
